Your Chance to “Make it Big” in a Fun Family Adventure Movie

Get cast in a role you can sink your teeth into. From the quirky lead duo and witty love interest, to the mysterious spiritual leader and the Manly Men, Stickybuns has roles for actors of all ages and types.  Stickybuns is now casting for major roles and extras.

We are filming in the Seattle area in February – March 2010. We hope you will join us.

This is a non-union, volunteer based, feature length movie.

Cast

Auditions for lead roles have ended.  Callbacks will start Jan 15.

Extras

We need 300 extras so there is room for you! Please let us know if you would like to be an extra for a day. Just send us an email letting us know that you would like to be an extra and we will send you information as soon as it becomes available.auditions@stickybunsmovie.com

Crew

Whether you are a veteran of film or just eager to help, there may be a place for you on the crew. More info.

Making a movie is a big undertaking. Our first big production days for Stickybuns have been a blast but it’s going to take a lot more work to get it done. We’re looking for people to fill all positions. Please let us know if you would like to help by dropping us a line at crew@stickybunsmovie.com


Audition FAQ

 

Q. Are any of the roles cast yet?
A. Lead roles are being cast. Children, Featured Extras and Extras are being cast soon.

 

Q. Are there other featured or speaking roles not listed on the site?
A. Yes. We will be casting additional roles based on these auditions.

 

Q. If I am not cast as a lead, might I be cast as an extra?
A. Yes. We need 300 extras. Your chances of being asked to participate are very good even if you are not cast as a lead.

 

Q. If I just want to be an extra, do I need to do a read?
A. No. But we would still like to meet you to get an idea of your personality. This will help us figure out where you might fit within the movie.

 

Q. Is this a paid role?
A. No.

 

Q. When will you be filming?
A. We should begin filming by late February 2010.

 

Q. What dates will the role I want be filming?
A. We have not locked-in filming dates for specific scenes yet.

 

Q. When will I get a callback, if any?
A. Lead character callbacks will be made by Jan 15th, 2010.

 

Q. If I am not selected for a callback, will I receive a notification?
A. If you sign in at the auditions and include your email, you will receive an email about your audition by Jan 15, 2010.

 

When our cast list is complete, we will make an announcement on this site.
