Instructions for Extras June 12
Hello! We’re very excited to be shooting our big “Parking Lot War” scenes and we’re looking forward to having you involved.

Saturday June 12th at 14434 NE 8th St, Bellevue WA 98007
There are two separate shoots this Saturday. You can be involved in both or just one. Please plan to be on set for the full duration of the shoots you are committing to. For continuity, no one can leave part way through the shoot.
Shoot 1: Parking Lot War Week 1 (need 50-100 extras)
Call Time: Check-in: 9:00-9:30am
Rehearsal: 9:45am Shoot: 10:30am – 2:00pm
Craft services and lunch provided Wardrobe: See information below. (PLEASE NOTE: If you were involved with the “church” shoots (foyer & auditorium) in April, those outfits must be brought again for this shoot. BUT, If you were part of the exterior parking lot shoot of Nick & Dylan arriving, please bring a different outfit.)
Shoot 2: Parking Lot War Week 2 AND Week 4 (need 50 -100 extras)
Call Time: Check-in: 2:00-2:30pm
Rehearsal: 3:00pm Shoot: 3:30pm – 7:00pm
Craft services and light dinner provided Wardrobe: See information below. (PLEASE NOTE: If you were involved with the “church” shoots (foyer & auditorium) in April, those outfits must be brought again for this shoot. BUT, If you were part of the exterior parking lot shoot of Nick & Dylan arriving, please bring a different outfit.)
MINORS:
All minors involved must have a parent / legal guardian sign a release form to be involved. All minors involved must have a supervising adult with them on set at all times.
WARDROBE NOTES
from our Costume Supervisor: Thank you for wearing your own clothes!
- We are shooting exterior shots in the parking lot for THREE weeks of church services taking place in November and December in the Seattle area.
- The church has a casual to dress-casual atmosphere. This is NOT the kind of church where people wear their “Sunday best” clothes. This is a family church, both in the literal sense, and in the spiritual “family” sense. So please dress as though you are going to a place where you want to look well put-together to meet with friends and family, but not all dressed up.
- EXAMPLES: Khaki’s, slacks, nice jeans, modest skirts with tights, button front shirts, polo shirts, nice tshirts, modest blouses/tops, sweaters, cardigans.
- BRING A FALL / WINTER COAT OR JACKET please. These are OUTDOOR shots, so make sure you have a coat or jacket appropriate for going outside in Seattle-November-December weather.
- NO high contrast colors (e.g. black&white stripes), NO busy prints/patterns, NO bright/neon colors (e.g. orange, yellow, hot pink). The High Definition cameras have a hard time with these. If in doubt, still bring it as one of your options.
- NO brands, icons or faces on your clothing. These have copyright issues.
MAKE-UP & HAIR NOTES
from our Lead Make-up & Hair Artist: Thanks everyone, we’ll double check your hair & make-up on set to make sure you’ll look great!
Women: Come with hair styled and make up done and appropriate for going to a casual church in November / December
Men: Come with hair styled and clean face. Make up needs, if any, will be addressed on set.
CAR NOTES:
We need the parking lot to be full of cars. Thanks to those who can help! When you arrive at the location please park in the western parking area as close to the building as possible. There may be some parking spaces blocked off. Please do not park in those spaces. If your car has stickers with brands or logos, please park your car in a way that those stickers are least visible. Keep your keys on your person for the shoot so you are available to move your car if needed. Thanks so much!
